Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch tiers any time from the app. Prorated to the day.
What if I use all my credits?
Conductor pauses paid AI usage and asks you to top up or upgrade. On Pay as you Go, credits are purchased upfront rather than billed after the fact, so the same applies there too — top up, or switch to your own API keys any time.
Do credits roll over?
Included usage on Pro and Team resets each month. Top-up packs roll over and never expire.
Annual billing?
Yes. Pay as you Go saves 10% billed annually. Pro and Team get 2 months free billed annually.
Team plans?
Yes. Team includes typical usage for 3 seats at $150/month. Additional seats are $50/month each.
Refunds?
14-day refund on your first paid month. After that, cancel any time.
System requirements?
macOS 13+, Windows 11 64-bit, or a modern Linux distro. Conductor itself uses under 2 GB of RAM, give it more headroom if you plan to run a local model alongside.
